Telmisartan brings down high blood pressure, which is why it comes up when cycles push blood-pressure readings higher. It relaxes blood vessels rather than mainly slowing your pulse. Dizziness, high potassium and kidney problems are the main risks.
Adult hypertension label range; the usual starting amount is 40 mg daily. Selection depends on blood pressure, kidney function, potassium and other medicines—not a steroid-cycle template.
Randomized hypertension trials and the official label support blood-pressure lowering. No evidence shows it cancels the cardiovascular harms of AAS use.
Hypotension, hyperkalemia, kidney injury, dizziness and fetal toxicity; interactions matter.
Health problem link: elevated blood pressure. Clinician may monitor home/office BP, potassium and kidney function.
Approved for hypertension and selected cardiovascular-risk reduction indications; it is not a blanket 'cycle protector.'
Lists approved uses, fetal-toxicity warning and renal/potassium risks.
Does not validate use as a cycle ancillary.
