Clomid
Clomiphene can raise your body's own testosterone when the testes can still respond to hormone signals. It comes up in low-testosterone and PCT discussions, but recovery after steroid use varies. Estrogen can rise too, and headache, mood changes or sometimes lasting vision problems are possible.
Randomized comparison with anastrozole in hypogonadal infertile men. This is not the female ovulation-induction regimen or an established post-steroid recovery protocol.
Randomized male studies show testosterone/gonadotropin increases in selected secondary hypogonadism, but response depends on the underlying cause.
Visual disturbances, mood changes, headache, gynecomastia, thromboembolic risk and inconsistent symptom response.
Health problem link: selected secondary hypogonadism/fertility evaluation. Track LH/FSH/testosterone/estradiol and semen analysis when relevant.
Approved for ovulatory dysfunction in women; use for male hypogonadism/fertility or post-AAS recovery is off-label.
