pyridoxal-5-phosphate
P5P is a form of vitamin B6, not a proven prolactin treatment. Its established role is meeting vitamin B6 needs. Too much supplemental B6 can cause tingling, numbness and lasting nerve damage.
Older controlled reports found nutritionally relevant B6 ineffective for lowering prolactin; high-dose claims remain uncertain. Chronic excess B6 can cause sensory neuropathy.
Peripheral neuropathy, sensory symptoms and interactions at excessive/chronic supplemental exposure.
Health problem link claimed by users: prolactin. Evidence does not support relying on P5P instead of diagnosing the cause and using indicated care.
Dietary vitamin/supplement; not an approved treatment for drug-induced hyperprolactinemia.
