Enclomiphene can raise your body's own testosterone in some men with low hormone signaling. It is the testosterone-stimulating part of clomiphene and has preserved sperm counts in trials where testosterone gel did not. It is discussed for low testosterone and recovery, but results after steroid use are uncertain. Estrogen can rise too, and long-term safety is less settled than the short-term hormone results.
Separate randomized phase-2 dose groups in men with secondary hypogonadism. These are tested amounts, not an approved dose range, escalation schedule or bodybuilding protocol.
Phase-2/3 trials in secondary hypogonadism increased testosterone while preserving sperm counts better than topical testosterone, but regulatory and long-term outcome gaps remain.
Headache, mood/visual effects, estrogen-related symptoms, thromboembolic uncertainty and product-quality risk.
LH/FSH/testosterone/estradiol, semen analysis and symptoms under clinician care.
Not FDA-approved as a standalone drug; compounded/research-product status must not be presented as approval.
