Raloxifene is discussed for gyno because it blocks estrogen's action in breast tissue. It works differently from estrogen-lowering drugs such as anastrozole, and results for male breast enlargement are less well studied. Hot flashes and leg cramps can occur, with blood clots and stroke risk in susceptible people the bigger concerns.
