Designer anabolic steroid
methasterone
Superdrol is an oral designer steroid sold for large strength and size gains. That bodybuilding reputation comes from reports and marketing, not controlled performance trials. It is not an ordinary supplement. Its standout downside is serious liver injury, sometimes with kidney complications, which can worsen even after stopping.
Evidence is dominated by case series and reports of severe cholestatic liver injury, including renal complications.
Severe prolonged cholestasis, jaundice, liver failure risk, adverse lipids, blood pressure changes and gonadal suppression.
AST/ALT/alkaline phosphatase/bilirubin; renal function; HDL/LDL/triglycerides; blood pressure.
Never approved as a medicine; sold historically in supplements despite drug-like risk.
Other aliases: methasterone · methyldrostanolone
