Anabolic-androgenic steroid
chlorodehydromethyltestosterone
Turinabol is used for strength and lean-looking gains, without the watery reputation of Dianabol. It is an oral steroid, and those physique comparisons come from reports rather than good head-to-head trials. It is not simply a safer version of Dianabol. Main downsides are worse cholesterol, liver concerns and suppressed natural testosterone.
Controlled-administration and pharmacokinetic studies document human metabolism and long detection windows, not performance benefit or long-term safety.
Cholestatic liver injury, adverse HDL/LDL, gonadal suppression, virilization and cardiovascular risk.
AST/ALT/alkaline phosphatase/bilirubin; HDL/LDL/triglycerides; blood pressure; reproductive hormones.
Historical medical/doping drug; not approved for bodybuilding and prohibited in sport.
Other aliases: chlorodehydromethyltestosterone · dehydrochloromethyltestosterone · DHCMT · Oral Turinabol
