Copper peptide
GHK-Cu is a copper-containing peptide used in skin care and marketed for skin repair and hair growth. Lab work looks at collagen, but it does not prove that injections improve skin or hair. A small topical trial found higher satisfaction, not better measured skin results. Injectable benefits and long-term safety remain uncertain.
Laboratory, review and limited cosmetic evidence is more relevant to topical skin use than bodybuilding claims. Topical findings cannot establish injectable benefit.
Topical irritation or sensitivity, limited high-quality outcome data and unregulated injectable-product, sterility and systemic-risk uncertainty.
Skin irritation or allergy with topical use; injection complications or systemic symptoms require clinical evaluation.
Used in cosmetic topical products; injectable systemic products have no established approved clinical benefit or safety standard.
